If the pump isn’t the right fit for your verified application, return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.*
Critical replacement parts available within 48 hours. If we can’t supply them, we’ll provide a loaner pump to keep you running.*

Guarantee Terms
100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to pumps selected or approved through an ExFlo application review, returned within 30 days of delivery, in repairable condition, where the pump does not perform to the agreed duty point or the performance criteria set out in the review. Refund covers the original pump purchase price; freight, extras, and installation excluded.
Parts Availability Guarantee applies to critical wear and replacement parts identified in the customer's replacement strategy plan. The 48-hour window means parts are ready to ship within 48 business hours of order confirmation; transit is additional. Loaner pumps are provided subject to availability of an equivalent model, at no rental charge while genuine parts remain on order.
Service Response Guarantee: one-hour response means live contact with an ExFlo technical resource by phone. Applies during business hours, with an after-hours emergency line. ExFlo stays involved until the issue is resolved.
Guarantees apply to purchases made directly through ExFlo Pumps Inc. and to products operated within manufacturer specifications. ExFlo's liability is limited to the value of products and services supplied.
